Through their company Bittercube, Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz do many things. Beyond creating their own unique varieties of bitters, flavorful syrups and liqueurs, tonics and tinctures, Nick and Ira also offer their combined bar expertise and wealth of knowledge to bars and restaurants around the country.
Their goal, according to their website, is simply “to make drinks come true.”
Both veterans of the industry, Nick and Ira spent years separately honing their craft, immersing themselves in the craft cocktail/DIY distillation movement and working at some of the nation’s best cocktail lounges.
Working collectively as Bittercube, they experiment with flavor, fragrance and ambiance to engage the senses and create a well-rounded cocktail experience.
All they ask is that you take more time to enjoy their neo-classical concoctions than it took for them to make it.
