It’s that time of year again; the leaves are gone, the lights are up, and holiday cheer is in the air. For this year’s holidays, I wanted to find out how some of the people here at ThirdCoast Digest celebrate the holiday season. In the coming weeks, you’ll be hearing interviews with all of the wonderful people who work so hard on all of the things you see and hear right here at our online magazine.

Last week, I talked with TCD’s Senior Editor and Managing Partner, Tom Strini, and he shared a musical story from Christmas past and offered a few tips on Christmas tree decorating. This week I talked with Dan Shafer, TCD’s Managing Editor, who also engineers and produces this podcast. I also talked with Arts & Culture Intern Danielle McClune, who writes the weekly events preview, On Stage. I then shared a few of my own holiday traditions, with Dan Shafer turning the tables and asking me some questions.
