A Christmas Carol returns to the Pabst Theater Nov. 27-Dec. 24

Journey through Christmas Past, Present and Future when the Milwaukee Rep brings Christmas Carol to the Pabst Theater from Nov. 27 – Dec. 24. Tickets are $32, $25 for seniors, $20 for students 18 and younger, available online or call (414) 224-9490.

Come see what happens when the rambunctious Herdman kids are chosen to star in the annual Christmas pageant in First Stage’s The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Performances will be held at the Todd Wehr Theater from Nov. 29 – Dec. 29. Tickets start at $12, available online or call (414) 273-7206.

In Tandem Theatre presents A Cudahy Caroler Christmas, their hilarious, holiday homage to beer, bowling, friendship and forgiveness. Performances will be held from Nov. 29 – Jan. 5. Tickets are $25, $23 for students and seniors, available online or call (414) 271-1371.

The Marcus Center presents Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, a new musical fresh out of Broadway featuring many of Berlin’s hits from the classic film and beyond. Performances will be held at Uihlein Hall from Nov. 26 – Dec. 1. Tickets are available online or call (414) 273-7206

The Philomusica Quartet will play at the Bay View Colectivo on Monday, Dec. 2 for MSO Monday

Come enjoy the sounds of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s Philomusica Quartet for MSO Monday at Colectivo in Bay View on Monday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. MSO Mondays take place at select Colectivo cafes on the first Monday of each month and admission is free. See here for the full schedule.

Frankly Music presents Words and Music as part of the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music Series on Monday, Dec. 2 and Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. The concert will explore works that blend text and music together. Tickets are $36, $10 for students. Available online or call 414-443-8802.

Special Events

The grand finale of Art vs. Craft will be held this Saturday, Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Harley Davidson Museum. This Screen Shot 2013-10-25 at 10.37.50 AMyear will showcase 90 vendors’ handmade works. Admission is $5.  Don’t miss this final opportunity to attend Art vs. Craft and support local, independent artists while finding some great holiday presents for your friends and family.

The Found Footage Festival makes its way to Turner Hall Ballroom for their “Best of the Midwest” show featuring weird and hilarious videos exclusively from Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota on Friday, Nov. 29. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are $10, available online or call (414) 286-3205.
