Sci-fi Spectacular Spectacular!

TCD, the MSO and Intercontinental offer a spectacular evening - an intimate dinner hosted by Tom Strini, followed by loge seats for the June 15 performance narrated by Star Trek's George Takei!

ThirdCoast Digest, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the Intercontinental Hotel invite you to spend a spectacular evening with us this June 15.It’s all about space! Themed around the MSO’s “Sci-Fi Spectacular” guests will enjoy a casually elegant dinner in Gallerie M at the InterCon, with host Tom Strini, Senior Editor of ThirdCoast Digest and the region’s foremost authority on classical music.

Mr. Strini will charm and engage all with a brief talk over dessert and wine on the evening’s musical program. Following, all guests will repair the short distance to excellent loge seats at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, hosted and narrated by none other than Star Trek legend George Takei (Mr. Sulu).The MSO will perform compositions from favorite science fiction films and TV shows, including Star Wars, Star Trek, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and The Day the Earth Stood Still.

Tickets are just $110 and include dinner, a loge seat for the MSO performance, a salon with Tom Strini, TCD party favors and automatic entry for a future evening for two at the symphony plus $50 to spend at Kil@wat.
